We Care Urgent Care Plus partners with third-party diagnostic laboratories, including but not limited to LabCorp and Quest Diagnostics, for laboratory testing services. We Care Urgent Care Plus is not responsible for processing, interpreting, or providing follow-up care based on lab results.

Patient Responsibility:

• Any questions, concerns, or disputes regarding laboratory results, delays, or errors must be addressed directly with the respective laboratory.
• Patients are solely responsible for following up with their primary care provider or an appropriate medical professional regarding their lab results, any necessary treatments, or further medical evaluations.
• We Care Urgent Care Plus does not assume liability for any medical decisions made based on laboratory findings, including but not limited to misinterpretations, delays, or failure to seek further medical consultation.

By receiving lab services through We Care Urgent Care Plus, the patient acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
