At We Care Urgent Care Plus, we are committed to treating and using your protected health information responsibly. Under federal and state law, your patient health information is protected and confidential. Each time you visit We Care Urgent Care Plus, a record of your visit is made. Typically, this record contains your demographic information, medical history, procedure notes, test results, diagnoses, prescription copies, discharge instructions, and signed consents.<\/p>
